Instructions
  1. Wash and soak Channa dal for 30 mins. Then pressure cook with enough water for about 5 -6 whistles or till its cooked but not over done.
  2. Drain the water and heat a Kadai with oil. Splutter with mustard seeds and urad dal.
  3. Then add the curry leaves, chopped green and red chilies. Fry for 2 mins.
  4. Add the drained Channa dal and salt. Combine everything well. Cook for 2 mins. Add the grated coconut.
  5. Remove after 2 minutes.
