sweet corn cobs

tbsp
butter
lettuce leaves
Instructions
Clean the corn and trim the edges.
Brush each corn cob with butter and place in wet lettuce leaves.
Seal the corn cob in aluminium foil and put on a charcoal grill, turning it continuously. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
