Butterscotch Recipe
Cold butterscotch for a hot day.
Ingredients

butter

tbsp
sugar

ounce
light corn syrup
2 1/2
cups
skim milk
3
ounces
plain yogurt
Instructions
Melt together the butter, sugar and corn syrup over low heat stirring constantly.
Add 1/4 cup milk and then remove.
Whisk in a few more tablespoons of milk and then whisk in the yogurt.
Add the rest of the milk and allow the mixture to cool.
Chill and then serve.
