Willy Wonka’s Nutty Crunch Surprise

Instructions
  1. Combine seven ounces of the plain chocolate, butter and golden syrup and melt in a bowl over a saucepan of water.
  2. Stir in the almonds, biscuits, rice crispies and vanilla essence.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined tin and allow to cool.
  4. Place in a fridge until completely solid and cut into bars.
To make the nutty crunch
  1. Combine the water and sugar and heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Turn the heat up and stir until the sugar caramelises.
  3. Take off the stove and add the almonds.
  4. Stir and dip one end of the bars in the mixture.
  5. Lay the bars out on the greaseproof paper.
  6. Met the milk chocolate and dip the other end of the bars in it.
  7. Allow to cool on greaseproof paper and then serve.
