Ingredients

chicken drumsticks

Instructions
Toast the gram flour without any oil on a non-stick pan and make cuts in the raw chicken so that the flavours seep in.
Add the chicken and all the ingredients in a bowl leaving out the toasted gram flour and the butter.
Mix it well and keep aside for two hours for marination.
Once marinated, add the gram flour to the chicken and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 250°C and line a baking tray with foil.
Grease the foil with oil and then place the marinated drumsticks on it.
Put it in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, take it out, baste with butter and put it back inside with the reduced heat of 150°C.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
Take the chicken out, baste with butter and again put it in for 15 minutes.
Once completely cooked, take out the tangdi kabab, sprinkle chaat masala or paprika according to your preference and serve.
