Cheese, Good. Potatoes, Good. What’s not to like?
One of the cheesiest casseroles you’ll ever meet. Cheese and potatoes were meant to be.
Ingredients

lbs. frozen hash browns
thawed

cup
butter
melted and divided, 1 1/2 sticks

chopped onion or green onion

can cream of chicken soup
10 3/4-ounce

pint
sour cream
2 cups

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

cups
crushed corn flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9×13″ baking dish.
In a large bowl, place thawed hash browns with 1/2 cup of the melted butter, pepper, salt, and chopped onion and combine.
Add in the soup and sour cream, then the cheddar cheese, mixing everything well. Spread mixture evenly into the greased baking dish
Mix remaining melted butter and corn flakes together and sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serve hot.
