Ingredients

Zucchini
shredded

onion
thinly sliced and diced

eggs
beaten
250
g
corn muffin mix

tbsp
minced garlic

oregano

tsp
seasoned salt

black pepper

tsp
dill
freshly chopped

sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Grease a 2l casserole dish and preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients keeping 100 gram cheese aside for garnishing.
Evenly spread the mix in the casserole dish and top with reserved cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
Serve.
