  1. Grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies together.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onions, saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add the ginger-garlic-green chilies paste and garam masala,
  5. Saute the mixture till onions turn golden in color.
  6. Add tomatoes, cook till tomatoes look slushy.
  7. Add chili powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and salt, combine well and cook for a minute.
  8. Add the scrambled eggs to the mixture and stir well.
  9. Add the shredded chicken, combine well and cook for a minute.
  10. Add shredded parottas, combine well and cook, stirring rigorously.ll.
  11. Add curry leaves, cook for a minute.
  12. Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
