Ingredients

cup
of Chicken 65 torn into little pieces
boneless
2
inch
slice of Ginger
2
cloves
largegarlic
2
Green chilies
chopped
1½
tbsp
vegetable oil

onions
chopped fine
½
tsp
garam masala
2
tomatoes
chopped
1
Egg. scrambled fine
1
tsp
Red Kashmiri chili powder
½
tsp
fennel powder
½
tsp
coriander powder

Parotta
cut or torn into pieces

Curry Leaves
coriander leaves
chopped, for garnish
salt to taste
Instructions
Grind the ginger, garlic and green chillies together.
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add onions, saute for a few minutes.
Add the ginger-garlic-green chilies paste and garam masala,
Saute the mixture till onions turn golden in color.
Add tomatoes, cook till tomatoes look slushy.
Add chili powder, fennel powder, coriander powder and salt, combine well and cook for a minute.
Add the scrambled eggs to the mixture and stir well.
Add the shredded chicken, combine well and cook for a minute.
Add shredded parottas, combine well and cook, stirring rigorously.ll.
Add curry leaves, cook for a minute.
Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
