Ingredients

Chicken minced
keema

Asafoetida – a pinch

Cumin seeds
Ginger finely chopped

garlic finely chopped

Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Chicken stock cubes powdered
1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder
salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions
Finely chop onions.
Add 1 cup water to the chicken mince and set aside.
Heat mustard oil in a non-stick wok, add black cardamoms, bay leaves, black peppercorns and asafoetida and saute till fragrant.
Add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic and sauté till garlic is lightly browned.
Add onions and sauté for a minute. Cut green chillies into 2 and add to the wok. Finely chop the tomatoes, add to the wok and sauté till pulpy.
Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, powdered chicken stock cubes, garam masala powder and salt and mix.
Add chicken mince and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
Switch off the heat, transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
