Ingredients
1/2
kg of
Boneless Chicken

tbsp of
chilli powder

tbsp of
coriander powder

Lemon juice

garam masala

Instructions
Heat oil in the pan, and add garlic, green chillies and ginger. Stir them for a minute and add the chopped onions. Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
Add the turmeric powder, chill powder, cumin powder, coriander powder adnd garam masala. Mix them well and cook for a minute.
Now, add the tomatoes and sufficient amount of water and salt to it. Mix it well, and stir it continuously until the masala becomes thick.
Add the chicken to the pan and coat the pieces in the masala so it’s covered well. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice to add a little zing and garnish with coriander to serve.
