Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil and sauté all the whole spices for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the onions and green chillies.
  3. Sauté until the onions become golden.
  4. Stir in the ginger garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes and sauté until they soften.
  6. Add the chili powder, masala powder and mint leaves and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add the bay leaf, the keema, the turmeric and salt.
  8. Lower the flame on the stove and cook until the keema is soft.
  9. Add a little water while the keema is cooking if required.
  10. Lastly, add the coriander leaves and stir.
  11. Take off the stove and serve.
