Lollipop Fun
An easy recipe to make hot chicken lollipops.
Ingredients

chicken drumsticks
Oil for deep frying
For marinating

yogurt

ginger garlic paste

For seasoning

Ginger

soya sauce

Vinegar

red chili powder

Water
Instructions
Combine the yogurt with a cup of water and whisk it well.
Soak the chicken in this mixture overnight.
Mix all the other ingredients for marinating together.
Drain the chicken and marinade it in this combination.
Allow the chicken to sit for an hour.
Place the drumsticks in hot oil until they cook.
For the seasoning
Sauté the ginger and garlic in half a tablespoon of oil.
Add the onions and fry until aromatic.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce and chili powder.
Add the sugar and stir well.
Add a few tablespoons of water and allow the seasoning to thicken.
Add the cooked drumsticks and sauté briefly until they are coated in the seasoning.
Take the drumsticks out of the pan and serve!
