Chickening Around
Chicken and spices in deep fried golden balls!
Ingredients

Boneless Chicken

onions
finely sliced

green chillies

Red chillies

garlic flakes

piece of ginger

A handful of coriander leaves
chopped

coriander seeds

Cumin seeds

Cashew nuts
salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the whole spices (including the seeds) along with the cashew nuts for a minute or so.
Allow these spices to cool and then grind them with the ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Add the onions, chicken, salt to taste and coriander leaves to this ground paste and grind again until the paste becomes smooth.
Mix one tablespoon of oil into this paste and then shape it into lemon sized balls.
Heat enough oil for deep frying and then fry these balls until they become golden.
Serve hot!
