Ingredients

cups
cooked chicken breast
cubed

cups
½mayonnaise
1/3
cup
dried cranberries
1
cup
celery
diced
salt and pepper to taste
1
head iceberg lettuce
tortilla wraps
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Lay out the tortilla wraps with a piece of iceberg lettuce on each.
Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas, spooning a small amount of it onto each wrap.
Roll the tortilla wraps around the iceberg lettuce and chicken salad, and insert a toothpick into the center of each to hold it in place.
Remove the toothpicks before serving.
