Instructions
Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste. Add the remaining ingredients and mix it well again.
Mix together all the ingredients for the batter (gram flour,refined flour,lemon juice,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala) and beat thoroughly.
Heat oil in a pan. Dip the marinated chicken piece in the batter and deep-fry until crisp and golden brown.
Serve it hot.
