To make pesto sauce, blend together basil leaves, garlic, pinenuts, salt and two tablespoons olive oil to form a smooth pesto sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and blend again.
Dilute the white sauce with milk and transfer into a pan and set aside.
Heat half tablespoon olive oil in a pan, add the spaghetti and toss. Sprinkle a little salt and toss till heated through. Transfer into a serving plate to form a bed.
