To make the filling
Heat the oil and sauté the ginger garlic paste for a few minutes.
Stir in the onions and salt to taste.
Sauté the onions for two to three minutes.
Stir in the spice powders and continue sautéing for two minutes.
Add the salt, chicken and vegetables and stir well.
After two minutes of stirring, take the mixture off the stove and allow it to cool.
To make the buns
Preheat your oven to 180 C.
Stir the yeast and 1/2 tbsp sugar into the warm water.
Bring the milk to a boil and allow it to cool down until it’s warm.
Stir in the remaining sugar, oil and salt to taste into the warmed milk.
Stir in a cup of flour into the milk and then stir in the beaten egg and yeast water.
Fold the flour into this mixture until it forms a soft dough.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes and allow it to sit for three hours.
After the dough rises, shape equal portions of it into small, thick discs.
Spoon the filling onto this discs, and then shape the discs into balls.
Brush the egg white over each ball and top them off with sesame seeds.
Allow the balls to sit for 20 minutes and then bake them for 15 – 20 minutes.
Take out from the oven and serve warm!
