Chilli Paneer
An indo-chinese recipe of stir fried paneer cubes with green capsicum, chillies, onion, traditional herbs and delicious Chinese sauces – Chilli Paneer can never go out of style. A perfect starter recipe for your parties that will please everyone, kids and grown-ups alike. Can also be served along with fried rice or noodles.

Instructions
  1. Heat 4 tblspn of oil in a pan. Take all the ingredients given for frying in a bowl, add in water and make it to slightly thin batter.
  2. Dip the paneer in the batter and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate.
  3. Mix all the sauces in a bowl and set aside.
  4. Now in the remaining oil(if there is no oil, add a tsp more oil).
  5. Add in ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute for a min.
  6. Add in onions, capsicum and saute for couple more mins.
  7. Add in salt, sugar and mix well. Add in chilli powder and sauces and mix well. Cook for couple of mins.
  8. Add in the fried paneer and toss.
  9. Add in spring onion and mix well.Serve with noodles or fried rice.
