red chilli sauce

schezwan chutney

hot and sweet tomato ketchup

Instructions
Prep the vegetables and in a bowl mix together all the sauces along with two tastemakers from maggi packets and keep aside.
Cook the maggi according to packet instructions and set aside.
Now heat the oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic, cooking them for about half a minute.
Add onions and carrots first and saute them till onions lose their colour and carrots are tender.
At this point, at the remaining vegetables and only half the amount of scallions.
Mix well and let the vegetables cook for a few minutes.
Add the sauce mix once the vegetables are cooked and mix well.
Add the cooked maggi and again mix well.
You can add a sprinkle of water if required.
Now once the maggi blends with the vegetables gravy, transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with the remaining scallions and serve hot.
