pcs lamb shank
whole – 6 inches, mutton machhli

Desi Ghee

yogurt

Instructions
Wash the lamb shanks well.
Heat desi ghee in a pan and sauté the ginger, garlic, spring onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Put mutton machhli and then add the spices except dry ginger, saffron and yogurt.
Sauté for 10 minutes and then add water. Let it simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook again for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and mint.
Serve hot with naan.
