  1. Take yogurt, sugar in a bowl and whisk till creamy and sugar is melted.
  2. Now add in oil and vanilla and whisk well.
  3. Add in sooji, cocoa and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.
  4. Now add in water and mix well.
  5. Add in baking soda and mix well.
  6. Add in flour and fold gently.
  7. Now spoon this in a well greased idli plate and steam for 5 to 7 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done.
  8. Now remove and let it cool for a min.
  9. Use a spoon to remove it and serve.
