  1. Boil the pepper in two cups of water.
  2. Cook until the liquid reduces to half and strain.
  3. Combine the cream, vanilla bean and cinnamon and heat until the mixture boils.
  4. Add the chocolate and sugar and stir until the chocolate melts.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the almonds.
  6. Remove the vanilla bean and cinnamon.
  7. Stir in the chile pepper water and allow to cool until warm.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
