bars dark chocolate
toppings of your choice

Method
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or mix it with a little water and melt in a microwave
Pour the chocolate in a butter lined pan and spread it out properly
Add your toppings and then freeze for an hour or more
To break the bark, you can either cut it with a knife, or drop it gently to a hard surface so that it breaks in odd shapes.
