Crinkles for the holidays

Instructions
  1. Mix cocoa, white sugar and vegetable oil together in a medium bowl
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, to the mixture
  3. Add in the vanilla extract
  4. In a separate bowl, mix in the flour, baking powder and salt
  5. Add this to the cocoa mixture
  6. Cover it and chill for at least 4 hours
Baking
  1. Preheat the over to 175 degrees C.
  2. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet
  3. Roll the dough into approximately one inch balls
  4. Sprinkle some confectioners’ sugar on top of each ball
  5. Bake in the over for 10-12 minutes
  6. Cool and serve
