Instructions
Dry roast fenugreek seeds & coarsely grind
Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Bengal gram and urad dal.
Add curry leaves, asafoetida, garlic, onion & sauté well
Add fenugreek powder saute.
Add tomato saute till soft.
Add chow chow, turmeric, red chilli powder saute.
Then add water, cook till soft.
Add ground paste & water mix well let it boil.
Add tamarind water & salt let it boil
Add jaggery mix well let it boil for 2 min.
Then cut off heat, serve hot with rice, idly, dosa.
