Ingredients

olive oil

Brussels sprouts
1/2

dried cranberries

tbsp
Water

chopped walnuts

balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Cut the brussels sprouts in halves.
Heat oil in a pan and put the sprouts flat side on the pan.
Cook for about 5 minutes or till you get a nice brown colour on the flat side.
Now add the fruit along with some water.
Cover and cook for about two minutes.
Add the walnuts and once the water is gone turn off the flame.
Mix in the vinegar and serve.
