Ingredients

all purpose flour

cornmeal
1/3

sugar

baking powder

Salt

butter
3/4
cup
dried cranberries
2/3
cup
eggnog
Instructions
Begin by setting the oven to preheat at 375°F.
Grease a baking sheet lightly with butter.
In a bowl mix together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt till well combined.
Make a sticky dough by mixing in the butter, dried cranberries and eggnog.
Spread a little flour over the work surface and knead the dough and spread out a disk of 1/2 inch in thickness.
Cut out round shaped using a cookie cutter, place these portion onto the baking tray.
Bake for about 15 minutes till the scones and golden brown.
