  1. Heat up a skillet and add brussels sprouts.
  2. Cook for about three minutes and then coat with oil.
  3. Toss and add ginger, garlic, onions and salt.
  4. Stir and add water.
  5. Put the flame on low and cover the skillet.
  6. Let it cook till the vegetables are done.
  7. Stir in pepper at the end and serve hot.
