Ingredients

softened butter

confectioners’ sugar
1
egg

all purpose flour
1/4
tsp
Salt
1/2

Nutella
Instructions
Using a hand mixer, whip cream butter and confectioners’ sugar.
Once it becomes fluffy, add egg and beat it in.
In another bowl mix flour and salt.
Little by little incorporate the flour mixture into the batter till well combined.
Divide the dough into three equal parts and makes balls.
Flatten these balls on a work surface and wrap in a cling film.
Refrigerate for half an hour.
Put the oven on preheat at 350°F.
Dust flour on the work surface and roll one portion of the dough which should be 1/8 inch thick.
Shape with cookie cutters and cut out centers of half the cookies.
Bake all cookies for 10 minutes.
Cool them completely and sprinkle sugar on them.
Spread Nutella on whole cookies and press down with those cut from the center.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
