Ingredients

cups
semisweet chocolate chip
14
ounces
Condensed milk
3/4
cup
peppermint baking chips
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
coffee extract
1
tbsp
butter
sprinkles if preferred
Instructions
Take a baking dish and cover it with foil.
Spray cooking oil on the foil.
In a bowl take chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter.
Stir and heat for about a minute then stir again.
Continue heating and stirring till the chocolate melts and you get a smooth mixture.
Add and mix the vanilla extract, coffee extracts and peppermint chips.
Put the batter in the baking dish and even the top with the spatula.
Put a cover on the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours before serving.
