  1. Beat eggs for two minutes in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and cream of tartar.
  3. Beat again till you get peaks.
  4. Now little by little beat in the sugar.
  5. Once there are hard peaks put a spoonful on meringue blob on baking sheets lined with parchment.
  6. Sprinkle candy over these.
  7. Now bake for about an hour and a half at 225°F.
  8. Cool the meringues down completely before storing or eating.
