Ingredients
2
egg whites
1/8
tsp
Salt
1/8
tsp
cream of tartar
1/2
cup
sugar
2
crushed peppermint candy cane
Instructions
Beat eggs for two minutes in a bowl.
Add salt and cream of tartar.
Beat again till you get peaks.
Now little by little beat in the sugar.
Once there are hard peaks put a spoonful on meringue blob on baking sheets lined with parchment.
Sprinkle candy over these.
Now bake for about an hour and a half at 225°F.
Cool the meringues down completely before storing or eating.
