Classic Irish Coffee
Ingredients

tablespoons
brown sugar or to taste
plus more for garnish
4
cups
hot coffee
4
ounces
Irish whiskey
4
tablespoons
fullwhipped cream for garnish
Instructions
Add a tablespoon of sugar to each warmed cup and pour hot coffee until it is about 3/4 full.
Then use a spoon turned upside down and pour the whiskey over it so it flows down gently. Top it all with the whipped cream, sprinkled with brown sugar.
Serve hot!
