Coconut Filled Chocolates
Delicious coconut and Marshall creme filled chocolates.
Ingredients

ounces
Marshmallow Creme
2
cups
flaked coconut
toasted
1
tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
Aof salt
5
ounces
milk chocolate
chopped
1
tsp
shortening
Instructions
Whisk the marshmallow creme, coconut, vanilla and salt together.
Place this mixture in the fridge for an hour.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper and place the balls onto it.
Refrigerate again for three hours.
Melt the chocolate and shortening together and dip the balls in the melted chocolate.
Place the balls on the waxed paper and allow them to stand until the chocolate sets.
