washed and shredded

coconut milk

banana
peeled and chopped
Instructions
Put the coconut milk and banana in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Add the kale to the mix and blend for another 30 seconds, or until smooth.

If you’d like your smoothie to be thicker, freeze the banana before adding it to the blender.
