Ingredients
Bhujiya

oil for frying

Gram Flour

boiled potatoes

chaat masala

dried mango powder

turmeric

Asafoetida
salt to taste
Paste

Mint leaves

grated ginger

Instructions
Peel and mash the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Grind the ingredients of the paste to make coarse mixture.
Sift the flour on the potatoes and add turmeric powder, chat masala, amchur powder, paste, salt and asafoetida.
Mix well and form a dough without any water.
Keep the dough aside for about 20 minutes.
Heat oil a pan and grease the chakli maker.
Put a chunk of dough into the chakli maker and once the oil is hot enough, press the dough into the oil that’ll take the form of sev.
Remove them as soon as they are golden brown and drain the excess oil.
Cool the aloo bhujia completely before storing.
