  1. Begin by making the tartar sauce for which you’ll simply need to mix together mayonnaise, relish, minced onion and salt.
  2. Marinade the fish for 10 minutes in the lemon juice.
  3. Now cover the fillets with milk, coat in breadcrumbs and refrigerate the fish for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Deep fry the fish and grill the burger buns.
  5. On the inside of the buns, spread the tartar sauce on the top bun and place cheese slices on the bottom one.
  6. Place the fish on the cheese and place the top.
  7. Microwave the burgers for 15-20 seconds before serving.
