Ingredients

cup
fresh coriander leaves
chopped
inch
½ginge
chopped
1
green chili
chopped
2
tsp
Lemon juice
tsp
½cumin powder
black salt or rock salt or sea salt as required
Instructions
With some water, grind all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.
Check the seasoning and add more salt or lemon juice if required.
Serve.
Recipe Notes
Store the coriander chutney in a covered bowl or container in the refrigerator.
