Take 100 grams of cottage cheese and cut the remaining into 1 inch cubes. Slice each cube into three layers without cutting through.
Saffron Marinade

White Marinade
Mix mustard oil, hung curd, cream, cashew nut paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, kauri methi, and salt to form a paste. Marinate one cube of paneer with the paste.
