South Indian crab cake and crab chutney
Vineet Bhatia’s crab cake recipe is essentially crab two ways. First, a crunchy golden crab cake with a heady mix of spice and secondly, a more delicate crab chutney, made with tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise.
