Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

whole fresh mushrooms

package cream cheese

grated Parmesan cheese

minced garlic

ground cayenne pepper
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms well and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil and add garlic and chopped stems and sauté till cooked. Let it cool.
Fold in the parmesan and cream cheese into the mushroom mixture. Add the onion powder, black pepper powder, cayenne pepper and salt and mix well.
Fill each mushroom cap with the filling using a spoon.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and serve!
