Instructions
  1. Marinate lamb with seasoning, egg and corn flour and deep fry till crispy in hot oil.
  2. In a wok, add oil, ginger garlic, onion, and veggies sauté for a minute.
  3. Add red chilli paste, hoisin sauce, stock, pepper, and seasoning.
  4. Add 5 spice powder, shredded spring onion and fried lamb and toss well. Add chilli oil and toss well.
  5. Serve hot.
