Instructions
  1. Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients together, making sure the spices and flour stick to the peanuts uniformly.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok on medium heat. Fry the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
  3. When they are done, take them out from the oil and place them on a absorbent paper. Let cool.
  4. Sprinkle with some chat masala and dry mint and serve.
