Ingredients

Raw Peanuts

besan (gram flour)

Rice flour

red chili powder

chaat masala powder

coriander powder

black pepper powder

cooking oil
salt to taste
coconut oil or any other oil for deep-frying
Instructions
Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients together, making sure the spices and flour stick to the peanuts uniformly.
Heat the oil in a wok on medium heat. Fry the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
When they are done, take them out from the oil and place them on a absorbent paper. Let cool.
Sprinkle with some chat masala and dry mint and serve.
