Crispy Pappadum Bowls

  1. On a hot grill, roast the pappadum until crispy, about 1 minute on each side. While still hot and pliable, using a tong place it in a medium bowl (or the shape you want) and immediately on to of it fit in a smaller bowl to get the shape.
  2. Fill it with salads or small appetizers and serve.
