Instructions
Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric powder and milk together. Keep aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
When the seeds crackle, add the onions, green chillies and ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
Add the curds mixture and salt and bring to boil.
Simmer for a few minutes and then add the tomatoes and cucumber.
Simmer for another minute and serve hot garnished with coriander.
