Method
  1. Add oil to the pan and let it heat up, then add in the mustard seeds and wait till they pop
  2. Then add in the onions and fry them nicely
  3. Toss in the chilis and cook it with the onions
  4. Add the curry leaves and cook it all together.
  5. Once everything is nicely done, add in the turmeric powder
  6. Rinse the poha nicely and then add it into the pan and mix it all together till its nice and yellow
  7. Squeeze lime over the poha and add salt to taste
  8. Then add the roasted peanuts and mix it all up again.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve!
