Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok or heavy bottomed pan.
  2. Fry the chicken pieces till they are golden in colour. Add the ginger-garlic paste, sauté till it coats the chicken well.
  3. Then add all other ingredients, except the water.
  4. Cover the lid and allow it to cook on a slow heat for about 20 minutes or till the chicken turns tender.
  5. Add desired amount of water for the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice or breads.
