Instructions
For making this delicious chicken recipe, make a paste of 2 chillies.
Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, elaichi powder and salt. Keep it aside for a minimum of 2 hours.
Heat up a pan, add butter, onion, 2 chillies and saute till onion becomes light pink.
Add the chicken, cook for 2 minutes. Put the lid on and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Open the lid and add a little water if you want some gravy.
Serve hot with roti, paratha or naan.
