khajur imli ki chutney

For The Garnish

chilli powder

roasted cumin powder

Chopped coriander
Instructions
Arrange the puris on a serving plate and crack a small hole in the center of each puri.
Add salt to the curd and mix well.
Fill the center of each puri with mixed sprouts, potato, khajur imli ki chutney and top with whipped curd.
Sprinkle the sev, chilli powder and cumin powder on top.
Garnish with the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
