Chow Mein Recipe
A chow mein stir up, Indian style.
Ingredients

fresh noodles

Water

Salt

tbsp
+ 7oil

tsp
garlic paste
1
tsp
chili powder
1
cup
sliced vegetables; these can include capsicum
spring onions, broccoli, button mushrooms, carrots and French beans
1
large onion
thinly sliced
1
tsp
soya sauce
1
tsp
Salt
2
tbsp
celery
chopped
2
tbsp
Vinegar
1
tsp
chili sauce
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to the packet directions.
Drain and cool under running water.
Stir a tablespoon of oil into the noodles, tossing to combine.
Heat the rest of the oil and add the garlic paste and onion.
Toss for a minute and add the vegetables, soya sauce, salt, celery, vinegar and chili sauce.
Add the noodles and stir fry over high heat for two minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
