Ingredients
2
cups
Fresh Coconut
grated
1
cup
Milk
3/4
cup
sugar
12-15
Cashew nuts
chopped
1
tsp
ghee
Instructions
Roast the cashew nuts in the ghee until golden.
Take the cashew nuts out of the pan and then add the coconut, milk and sugar to it.
Allow to cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens – stir occasionally.
Stir in the nuts.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Shape the mixture into balls and then serve.
